Good news yardies--THE GREENCARD ARRIVED TODAY!!! WHOOOOO HOOOOO! :dance::dance::dance: Lawd I'm so glad that part is done with! Now who can tell me...is he supposed to be carrying it in his wallet or do we put it up?

Thats why I really like you JG because thats what I told myself when he called like a sad puppy dog to get picked up.

I kept telling him Yeah the police almost hadshackles on yo feet

He dont play with me getting crazy with him or talking crazy at all so I had to keep it like a joke with the I told you so game :bonk:

But I let him know that he gotta pay that on his own and this will teach hima lesson about the US

Talking about if he was in Jamaica he would just have to give the officer $1000 dollars and it will be done HUH

Or he would just have to give it to his brother or his best friend and they would take care of it for him.

But I told him you not in Kansas any more Dorothy :rofl: they will take you azz to jail for a bribe here.

Congrats!!! He has to carry it with him at all times. I am pretty sure it says that right on the card. also on the paper it was attached to.

LMAO Just you are too funny that is too cute. If you can believe it I have my Hubby using a crock pot now when he swore by the pressure cooker. But I had an accident and almost killed the cat when the top popped off so never again :whistle: I can send yuh some good recipes for chicken and goat in the crockpot and you will be cooking up a storm in no time. Set it and forget it you can't beat that with a bat haaaa.

You should take a piccha of your meal and post deh pon FB :yes:

i broke my camera! :blush: how you ask? i had too many cocktails and busted my ####### falling on some ice which made me land on my camera---- i was dying, it was in front of a group of people.... hubby was just shaking his head- "you are touched mi gyal"

i shattered the lcd screen- ugh

don't worry, we took a taxi home, nobody was driving

and so it goes!

mrs palmer- HOLLA! that's too cool, the greencard came! i would color copy both sides and laminate, to keep in his wallet.

i would put the original in safe or safety deposit box along with our passports and other important info-

is that legal? i don't know

For the GC... make a copy for your records... but keep original in his wallet.

Kind of like when you travel with your passport... you should always have a photocopy of it with someone in the US, or in your records.

He wanted to take my car. Hemember he only got a permit, said his friend around the corner has a license and he will be the other licensed driver. I was so hurt from his comment I let him go.

Well 15 min later Im callingt8809.gif the friend and he still wasnt there ok. its 3 minutes away so I get worriedt3602.gif

I walked for 1 hour looking for him finally he calls me and says he got a ticket and the p0121.gif told him the licensed owner had to drive the car home. So it was another 30 minute walk. I am getting my exercise and diet in so I wasnt that mad.

Im not sure but you should make copies!!!! God that just brought back bad memories when I kept telling hubby to make copies of everything and he kept fighting me! :blink:
