Bunz, that's so true! Cause Den was not a fan at all of this K-1 but he went along with me since I pushed it. A girlfriend of mine from a former job went through the process. She was born in the Ukraine(spelling?) and she brought her hubby over from the Ukraine on the K-1 process so that's how I found out about it.

Wow! Like Nat said it doesn't allow you much room to get things together...nothing happens fast in Jamaica. Luckily for us, Den was able to get his police record and non-impediment form quickly. His mommy still had his vaccination card! I'm telling you he waited to the last minute to get things done...that mane of mine...I tell ya

Happy for you! Your man soon come! At the looks of your timeline yours might beat Den here....he too laid back!

i start off everyday feeling antsy but as the day goes on i feel better

hubby comes next week so we can sort through our mountain of evidence and organise it

not too sure about the POE date and to be honest, until i get that visa in my hand, not really trying to think about it

the fastest noa2 i have ever seen was 9 days .......... but the person is from canada and their consulate is legendary for taking MONTHS to schedule an interview so that noa2 timing was for the best

i think they take an avg of SIX MONTHS to schedule an interview from case complete (RIDICULOUS!)

I was on a 3 day weekend vacation with my girlfriend in Negril BUT her man showed up and ruined it! All 3 of us, me, my friend and her man went to Rick's Cafe and I saw this FINE thang looking at me. So after we ate and left my friend told me we're going back the next day so I should try talking to him. We went back and I went up to him and asked where's the party tonight and gave him my number. That said night we met up at Alfred's, a beach restaurant/party spot. We say there laughing and talking til him jus buss a big kiss pan mi! I sorta didn't like that but from then on we just hit it, I'm there every 3-4 months, we are truly one of a kind. We are very much alike, he belches loud and I fart back; he pinches me and I slap him across the face. We just love being around each other.

i found out that they need his BC and the marriage cert which he already have on hand so we don't need my BC after all ....i am going to get one later on though just in case we need it for the interview but they said my US passport is just fine and yes i have to push him to move sometimes but my daddy say thats how country people are

Aww wonderrful story! Yes, I know the back every 3 months or so...been doing it for almost a year and a half now! The longest Den and I have went apart is 4 months...when we first starting talking after we first met in July 2008 and this time around waiting for me to return for the interview has been the longest ever. Hopefully, our last time being apart for a long period of time!!!
