Ugh, don't have a scanner but will work on getting it to them that way plus by mail asap.

Thanks!

Yes I'm assuming that interview date you received was for the drop off of the DS-230 since they have to have that before they schedule the interview at the Embassy. I would recommend using a courier service or a way you can track that the Embassy actually received it! Cause chile they be trippin'

By the way, make sure your fiance has signed the DS-230 as well.

Awesome! Is Steven a musician?

Um.... I love him so all I'll say is: He's never played the saxophone before.

kjenkins86,

Welcome again! Apparently you been rolling right along with the process per your timeline. Has your fiance been working on getting his police record, non-impediment form, vaccination record?

I saw that too! NOA1 --> NOA2 in about 2.5 months. That's how VSC is moving these days.

Girl that CR1/IR1 journey ain't no joke! I'm still trying to understand it...I know at first Den wanted to go this route but I was like its the K-1 or else...lol

I still don't understand it either, even after hearing people on this thread talk about their steps.

He will start applying for those (non-impediment, police report etc) starting monday.

The main benefit of our NOA1 --> NOA2 journey lasting 6.5 months was that we had AMPLE time to gather all the documents/paperwork for the interview, for marriage, for AOS/EAD/AP, with time to spare.
