YES!!!! Whether he will get it, I don't know. Steven asked for a copy of the form the Dr seals for the embassy & they said they couldn't give it to him. Ideally, he would've then said, "Well, at least update my vaccination record/card." But that didn't happen. We'll see in the next few days what effect this will have when getting a Civil Surgeon to fill out the I-693 sections.

So if your guy doesn't get a copy of the DS-3025, at least have him get the doctor to update his vaccination card.

So nat, steve's is updated, i wonder if we will get rfe if i dont do the i-693?

Good morning Yardies!

*morning rant*

No pics yet. I can finally post this because the Mr is sound asleep. His cousin took the cord to my camera so I can't download the pictures from my wedding which makes me feel sad. She claims my daughter gave her the cord to keep. She is known to "lift" things so it doesn't surprise me that she would do this. At first I was really pissed due to the fact that she has upset my hubby and we can't even email the pics home to his mom. I do have them on a memory card so I am going to have my IT person if she can put them on a disk for me. Steve is so pissed off. I am so tired of people taking my kindness for weakness. I spoke to her thru IM. She tried to call but I told her I didn't want to talk to her, but for her just to mail the cord back and its over. She said she would. Some folks, I tell you.....

Morning Yardies....Im back from NYC we had a greattime with family...On Saturday I took Hubby to Manhattan it was raining and cold and as usual My husband dont like to listen to me when it comes to dressing for the weather.."HE FROZE HIS A$$ OFF"... so we did not stay too long in the city. He loved riding the train. This was the first christmas in 9 years that he did not have to work.

I have a question for you on the DS-230 there is a question "have you ever been charged, arrested or convicted of a crime?, if yes please explain" ok this is the story if you were arrested then set free but had to go to court and all charges were dropped how do you word that? and BTW police clearance shows "no record found" i am hearing from people saying do not say "yes" because police record is clear but the question to me has three parts ARRESTED<CHARGED<CONVICTED, so therefore if you were ARRESTED thats a YES if you were CHARGED thats a YES if you were CONVICTED thats a NO....what do you guys think? please i really need your input on this one
