Hey Journee

What items will you be carrying in your store, denim, urban, trendy fashions, formal, lingerie name brand and designer?

I like The Thick Diva, not sure about the boutique on the end, just my suggestion.

i nver heard of the quit claim, but i was looking at this blog and a lady actully "says" she did that but the foreclosure is still on her credit.. someone said it only takes your name off of the deed not the mortgage loan??? i dunno, but either way, i was not even aware.. you know what my intention was back then, guess i didn't research enough

i hate it cuz as far as credit, im wasn't that bad..a few unpaid school loans.. only had 2 credit cards..and then a car i cosigned w/ my sister that she let go back..UGHHH

but i guess those things weigh alot negatively

Quanna.....call the mortgage company and ask them if you qualify for the Obama's plan for homeowners at risk of foreclosure.... it is called the Home Affordable Modification Program. It seems to be a really good program...too much to go into here but google it... You have to go through your mortgage company though so beware of all of these other fraudulent companies that say they can help because they can't.

That's great! You should show him that video....maybe he'll appreciate it. I'd love to go to Ghana too....but I have to go back to Senegal & Mali to see people I love. I have a fantasy of travelling through Africa for like 5-10 years & visiting every country. It would take at least that long to get to know each area some. But yes, it's a VERY TOUGH place & when you come back to the U.S., you realize how good we have it here. Africa even makes the Caribbean look pretty easy by comparison.

Good morning JAP! They told Denton the same thing when he called to schedule his medical this week. He was able to locate his immunization card though and I believe that was the quote he was given as to how much it could cost (worse case). Has your SO had prior vaccines?

yes I made him get his vaccination card from long time but there were not many on there...

Ricky went to a local clinic and got all the one he needed for a lot less and the medical was like 80us

Finesse, I was in labor over 20 hours with my son and then they took him emergency c-section. On Monday my doc was talking about the complications with a vaginal birth after c-section and that my risk is higher for having the uterus rupture due to the hard labor I had last time  he said the baby almost never survives when the uterus ruptures... that made up my mind... :(
