I am about an hour away from home and it is supposed to snow today. Eric is going to be surprised when he wakes up. We are supposed to get about 8-10in this weekend in central Virginia. I just hope he knows how to shovel

Hi! Thats what my coworkers (in VA) are saying. Its time to go get bread, milk and TP at the store before its all gone!

We have sun and cold up here - no snow yet.

Since I work at home the snow doesnt bother me much - but now I have to drive Louis to work so I dont want to much of it. My poor old car doesnt like it.

Well my good news is:

I GOT MY SHOES

Bad news is, they didn't have the shoes I originally wanted but the fact is... I GOT SHOES!!!! Pic on FB

On a bad note: I took one of my daughters friends with us and she STOLE from the store. I was horrified! The state police kept her. I went to tell

her mom but she already knew. This girl has always been respectful and kind, I can't understand why she did it. She is the youngest of 6 kids and gets everything she wants..... I just don't understand it......

GIRL......my little (14) niece, did the same thing last weekend....same situation, very respectful, is spoiled rotten and even had $ in her pocket but didn't want to spend it....was buying a Christmas present for her little sister. I guess from what I can understand...it is becoming a common thing ....she said girls at school are always bragging on how they did it... it is so strange....

First off, congrats MsTee on the shoe selection. I need to check them out on FB!

Secondly, MsTee and Jamerican, that is not a good look at all. These kids today!!!!

Really? Do you shop at a suburbs WalMart? I only enjoy a WalMart experience if I'm going to one in the burbs. The two in the city here... every time I leave I'm in a bad mood. It's just an awful experience. I rather pay a bit more and go to the Target around the corner. It's so nice & clean & uncrowded & short lines & quiet.

I have not heard those songs b4 Shemmy and Jamerican Queen will youtube it tonight.

I haven't heard either of them either & will also be searching for them tonight.

We don't have a choice here in St. Louis. Have to go to the burbs. Big union town.....thus far, Walmart has not been able to infiltrate the city.

LOL WOW I never noticed that JG but now that I am thinking about it there are no Walmarts in the City. You learn something new everyday.

You should've heard the stink when they put that one in at 255 and Telegraph. Unions went crazy saying it was too close to the city. We will NEVER have one in the city. Which kind of sucked when I lived in the city.

Sorry I left so quickly this morning. My boss was asking me to do some work. So since I was at work I complied...LOL!!!!

DaDa--No this is not the first time living with a man. But this is the first time wanting it to work out. I don't really like the roommate thing so I always lived alone besides the two boyfriends that didn't make the cut living with me. I have to get used to ours and we. My mind is still set on My, Mine, I. Once I am over that hurdle I think things will go fine.

Christmas plans, we really don't have any. I would tell yall what I got Eric, but since he is own here more than me, I can't. But I know that he (you) will like it. We just have a simple day really, go to my mom and dad's for dinner and watch the two of them open their gifts. I finally turned in my angle tree gifts. The little girl I had is going to very happy, I got everything on her list. My pocket is screaming!!!!! But it is for a good cause, so I am not complaining.

25 really isn't that many. Do you have a Landry's? Italian Restaurants can usually accomodate too. I guess it depends on what kind of food you are looking for. A nice bar/restaurant can usually do it too. Too bad you aren't here. I know a decent hall you can get for a steal. I have connections!

Whatdo u think about my hubby wantingto spend Xmas with my fam out of town, Do I need to feel guilty about being selfish?

Yes and no. He's trying to fit in and if he likes them and they like him, you are lucky. Enjoy it. There are other times to be alone with him. In fact, make the weekend before (this one!) or the weekend after or something like that YOUR special time.

I do that with my kids. We spend so much family time over the holidays, we are having a big dinner and opening presents this Sunday.....just us.

Honestly I think that is sweet of him. It sounds like he likes your family and he really just wants to fit in. Maybe he thinks that you really want to be with them but because of them you would nix on it. It would be so funny if he felt as though he was doing you a favor and here you were fine with staying home for the holidays,.

God wiling you will have so many more Xmas’s to share together. You two are going to grow old together so if he wants to go this year fine. Tell him next year it’s your turn to decide.

Hey make the best of it and see if while at your moms you can be naughty WITHOUT getting caught. Sounds like a fun game to me.. LOL
