Yesterday was birthday lunch here and after we wraped up the presents we had collected for our adopted family. 15 trash bags full of wrapped boxes plus gift cards. It was very emotional to see them all sitting under the tree. I can't wait to deliver them to my church tomorrow.

It's a family of 6 and the little boy has leukemia. Last year we had this same family.

Had a rough night last night. So, if I am quiet, please excuse me. I'm really trying today. Hoping you girls can cheer me up.

We adopt someone every year. Last year, people here went crazy. They sent us a little note of thanks with their christmas picture in it. I've had it on my board all year.

Awe JG I'm sorry you had a not so good night last night I hope the day gets better for you. That is wonderful about the gifts for the family, our office has done the same thing for a grandmother raising two sets of her children's kids everyone chipped in to get them bikes, clothes, toys etc.. its great to know there is still some good in the world.

We did it for a single mom with two daughters!!!! Doesn't it feel good to help

JG, thanks for asking, but things are great with us. I could sense that someone on VJ, needed to hear that it was going to be okay, when the time comes for her to delivery, because Mary did it and she was carrying the child of GOD. Listern to the song, it has a powerful meaning.

NAT, I have always gone thru the JA citizenship line since I have been traveling to JA, and noone has ever ask me for proof of citizenship thru marriage. I have always stated that I was visting family or my husband and they just say "0kay". Stamp my USA passport and say WELCOME .Just a FYI.

I talked to a good friend in JA this morning who has a computer with skype and she said my honey can come to her house on Jan. 4th and see his first born child on my webcam

God I want him here, but I am so thankful he will get to see his baby girl on the day she is born.

This is my Husband's daughter, my baby girl, 5 years old now, Im waiting for the case complete now with the CR2 and hopefully the interview in march so she can come.

Her mom is ready for her to come to leave maybe she will take this time to get some schooling and better her life.
