Hello everyone,

Have a question concerning received I-797C, hope to hear your opinion.

My mother(USC) filed I-130 for me(unmarried daughter +21-1st preference). She enclosed a copy of her U.S. passport and her Naturalization certificate. Filing I-130 at question No.10 Alien Registration Number,- she wrote and her GC number even if it's not necessary.

We received I-797C where is written - Petitioner "written her GC number" and then her name.

I'm concerned is it ok, that they are using her GC number even if she's not LPR anymore(became USC on September 09)? Hope they dont consider me as F2b preference:-)

Your opinion would be very appreciated,
