You're on Step 15 (or about to be) on the K-1 Flowchart . Follow those steps and the details are in the Adjustment of Status Guide (K1 & K3 Visa Holders) and the How to get a Social Security Number Guide .

Once you arrive in the U.S., you must marry within 90 days. After marriage, you will apply for AOS (Adjustment of Status) to become a Permanent Resident. Along with the AOS, you can apply for AP (Advance Parole) which allows you to leave the U.S. to travel before you get your GC (Green Card) and you can also apply for the EAD (Employment Authorization) so you can work before you get the GC.

You can apply for a Social Security number two weeks after your arrival in the U.S. (it will take at least two weeks for you to show up in their system, so don't apply earlier than two weeks after your arrival).
