Just curious-how many of you can see your cases online? My NOA1 dates are all December 21, and I still can't see them online.

I can see mine online. Each application has different Case Number. Are you sure you're using the right one? When I haven't received my NOA1, I tried using the MSC number in the cashed check, it's not working.

Yeah-I mean it's the number on my NOA1. It starts with MSC (like most people, I think). I don't see any other number that would work. It's the same type of number I used to check my status online with the K-1.

Ours is fine as well, our NOA was dated 12/24... and all 3 cases can be seen online....

So we got an RFE to have the full medical done. We found a civil surgeon around the corner (she works out of her home) who did the full for $150. For the convenience, that was a price I was willing to pay.

My husband had his blood taken & the skin test done today. He'll have the actual physical when he goes to pick up the blood tests later this week.

--------

I think a week went between receiving NOA1 in mail and receiving biometrics appointment in mail, but I'd have to check my signature to make sure...

We received our RFE letter in the mail today. It is for the medical form. The letter has a spot saying a proper i-693 must be submitted. We're not going to go the full medical route.. hopefully we'll get a CS to agree.

Hey guys... I got a question...

I had my wife go to a CS here in the US to get parts 1, 2, and 5 of form I-693 filled out along with the medical cert of the vaccines she had from the Dr. before traveling to the US, plus her vaccination record for h1n1 and flu and TB test... but now I see many of the fillers getting RFE about a full medical....so my question is: should have I done something else???

thanks for your help!!

I think that's the right thing to do. We didn't submit the i-693 at all, because we read that normally just the vaccination report from the embassy (3025) was all that was required.

As soon as Nebraska is unfrozen, what you've done is what we'll be pursuing.

Well at least to the ones I talked to... (CS I mean), they do not take insurance .... and I was told that most insurance companies do not cover Immigration related medical expenses... which is one of the dumbest thing I've heard do to the amount of money that I pay for our insurance.... but I suggest call to the ones in your area.. here in ATL there are at least 15 or more... so you got different options and see if any of them take your specific insurance...

Good Luck!!

Thanks!! and good luck with the weather, be careful, and stay warm... I heard you guys are having it pretty bad up there with temps below -30F and lower!! here in the south is very cold for what we are used to... its in the teens most days... anyway.. good luck!!!

Regards!!

I've tried several times to call and find out what is going on with our RFE for a full medical. I finally got to talk to an immigration officer who said they received your file on December 7th and nothing has been done yet. I said yes it has, I have a biometrics appt and rec'd RFE for full medical and I am a K-1 Visa holder. He put me on hold and then came back and said, "oh well, looks like it may have been lost, are you sure you sent it in?" Dear GOD they took it from me at the POE and I watch the officer go through it and put it in another envelope and seal it up and stamp an address on it. So then he said, "Well, just go get another one done." My case status online still has not been updated since the initial "we got it" message. My friend had her infopass this morning cause she's on a K-1 visa and received full medical RFE. He told her that its due to the TB test, she had an x-ray and his words, "you skipped a step, you need the TB skin test...you can't skip a step." So I am suspecting that's the issue with ours so I go today at 4pm to have a tb test done.

They didn't tell us that at the Infopass, but that might just be why we got the RFE for the full medical.

At my husband's full medical yesterday, the doctor did the skin test. She called today to ask us if the area was red & swollen. If so, she said we should schedule a chest x-ray with our PCP. Fortunately, it wasn't.
