Hey quick question... does anyone know how moving may affect one's status? I was living in New York City but then moved to Northern NJ earlier this month... so my new USCIS office is now Newark. Anyone know if this will delay the interview? Any threads that may deal with this? I've been searching the forums but can't find anything.

Just had a wonderful surprise...went to the mail box and my AP was sat there waiting for me! We didn't even know it had been approved..according to the very-up-to-date website we're still in initial review. Definitely time to celebrate and book the honeymoon!

HEY GUYS CHECKED MY EMAIL AND CARD PRODUCTION HAS BEEN ORDERED FOR GREEN CARD ON FEB-27-2010!!!!!!!!!! NO INTERVIEW CASE WAS TRANSFERRED TO CSC AND I GOT A TOUCH ON FEB-12 AND APPROVED ON THE 27.....

AP arrived in the mail on February 27, 2010, counting 76 days from the day USCIS received the application and more than 40 days after biometrics appointment.^^ EAD is still on it's way to the mail

DAY 2 12-04-2009 -- AOS Package Received

DAY 6 12-08-2009 -- NOA1 Received

DAY 14 12-16-2009 -- Biometrics Notice Received (I-485 and I-765)

DAY 33 01-04-2010 -- Walk In Biometrics

DAY 48 01-19-2010 -- Appearance for Interview on February 17,2010(I-797C)

DAY 66 02-05-2010 -- Travel Documents Received (I-512L)

DAY 69 02-08-2010 -- Work Permit Card Received (I-797D)

DAY 78 02-17-2010 -- Interview Completed Lady says case approve.

DAY 90 03-01-2010 -- PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD arrive.
