Thank God! Tonight was a very relieving one after a text message from the USCIS says:

On February 23, 2010, we ordered production of your new card(EAD). Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I should have called them earlier than last Thursday, the 40th day from my biometrics. The lesson learned is to call them 3 weeks after the bimetrics appointment is done.^^

Good luck for the rest!

Hi everyone, our I-485 got touched this morning, but nothing new on our EAD (not since it got loaded in the system). I'm nervous that something was wrong with what we sent in for our RFE. I know I need to stop worrying. I had several people look over it, and I know it should be fine. Ugh. I just want to hear some good news!

All documentation for LPR (Legal Permanent Residence) - Evidence that supports the reason for you to stay ie if you are K1 you would have to have married within 90 days so your marriage certificate, then evidence of your bona fide relationship, shared health insurance, bank accounts, leases, utilities etc.
