Just got another email saying EAD card production ordered (again). I find it strange that they email so late at night 11:40pm and on a Friday night nonetheless.

Also, I set up an InfoPass appointment for Tuesday (got an early appointment) to make sure I didn't receive my IL at my old address.

Well, we just got a text message about the I-485 RFE being received. It's being processed at the National Benefits Service Center---which, I assume, is Missouri and hasn't been transferred yet. No touches or updates on the EAD, but I don't have a whole lot of faith in the online updating system (our K-1 still says "received and pending").

I feel so behind all of you! Congratulations to everyone on their progress!

We got an online AOS approval notification today. Yesterday our notification said the card was in production. Today the online status backed up to decision. I am sure it is all moving forward but there was one part of the notification that I didn't understand it says "Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later." We don't know what the ADIT processing is. Can someone explain?

Congrats to the ones approved!! and good luck to the ones who are still in the hunt... as for us... we got a letter for the interview today... for March 25th, of course is regarding the AOS... so far nothing on the work permit or the travel document....but anyway... lets hope it all goes smooth....

ADIT processing is. Can someone explain?

Sounds like Biometrics...

ADIT=Alien Documentation Identification & Telecommunication Systems.

Could mean biometrics not up to date or just stamp in passport.

Either way they will tell you what they want.

Applicant appears at local USCIS for ADIT processing, as outlined in AOS approval letter. Applicant will not be scheduled for an ADIT appointment, ADIT processing is done by "walk-in" basis ONLY.

Once the applicant adjusts his/her status by completing ADIT processing, s/he is given the I-551 permanent resident stamp in his/her passport.

Well, the AOS was touched saying that processing has resumed, but we haven't received any touches on EAD. It still says it's being processed at the National Benefits Center. Hoping to some progress soon! I'm getting antsy watching everyone here making so much progress

Hello, I'd like to join this thread please. I Filled for AOS late Dec.

Congrates to all those who are getting approved & transferred, seems I'm really behind.

I too recieved an RFE for I-693. My Doc, decided since he didn't do a medical exam on me he didn't need to sign page 6. I called him all names under the sun (to myself of cause) then went back & got him to sign it. Part 1, vaccination section, and certifiction signed, It was recieved on monday the 1st of feb but still no responce, my case still reads in RFE mode. After reading all yr notes in this thread I'm getting very scared as I've not had a TB skin test. I did get a chest Xray for it in my medical before I left my country. Is that enough??? well i guess I just have to wait & see.

So we got a second letter today issuing an interview 6 days after the last. STRESSED me out!!! But I tried to let cool heads prevail called the STUPID 1 800 OF COURSE my receipt number didn't work.

Anyway long story short no record of 2nd interview date in system so 31 days till interview.

We're still sitting around, waiting for USCIS to move on the AOS. Last touch 2/12. It should be approved soon, I'm guessing.

I received the same email today saying that card production was ordered again on Feb.19. but i know this is not unusual as many have had 2 email notices for EAD card production.

Yea, I've heard that as well. I also received another email at 11:15pm tonight, that my EAD was approved. I mean, that's great, but where is the card already!?! lol

Got that e-mail too last night, that they have sent the approval letter. I asked the same thing, why not send the card instead? Just being impatient. I know I have to go down to get my SSN and probably more waiting to get it all cleared.

I received my EAD card a week after approval based on USCIS website. It was included in the approval letter. I'm sure you will receive yours soon.

We got one email saying EAD approved, two emails saying card production ordered, and a third saying they sent the approval notice. EAD got here about a week after the first email.
