AP document (2 copies) arrived in the mail today! It says that it was approved on February 1, but the USCIS website does not reflect that.

Now we know that both AP & EAD are approved, so my husband can go home for a few weeks & come back & start working!

Hello fellow December filers!

Just wanted to let you know I just looked at the website, after not looking for a few days, and AP and EAD were both approved. One was on Feb 3rd and the other on the 6th. I guess we'll be getting them both in the mail shortly.

Hope everyone else that is still waiting won't have to wait much longer.

This news makes me feel hopeful. I'm from Fl also and did biometrics around the same time as you did. :)

I wish ours would get transferred to CSC already! Or Phoenix or whatever. The guy looking into our case for the congressional said it was ready for interview scheduling pending biometrics which were completed 2 weeks ago... I'm not so much in a hurry to get the GC as we have EAD and AP already, but I just want it to be done with.

I read a thread the other day where june filers who had thier cases transfered to CSC are still waiting for thier GC. In comparison to having an interview and knowing the results (if all goes well) straight away.

I still haven't heard if USCIS has received my RFE response... it's really getting me worried. Anyone ever have their USCIS mail signed by Ritter? I guess I am worried because I sent it via UPS and since UPS does not send to PO Boxes, they found another address it was sent to where RFE's are usually mailed.

Applied for VAWA (incomplete package) April 6th, 2010

VAWA application received April 7th, 2010

NOA1 received April 16, 2010 (dated April 9th, 2010)

Prima Facie received April 21, 2010 (dated April 12th, 2010)

Sent out complete I-360 case including I-485 June 14th, 2010

Received email stating will receive a response within 60 days (probably either RFE or approval/denial) June 18th, 2010

I-360 touched June 19th, 2010

I-360 touched June 21st, 2010

I-360 touched June 23rd, 2010

Submitted I-765 July 2nd, 2010

It took a full week for me to receive notice that they'd received it.

Thanks Nat & Dec09. I guess I don't understand why it's taking so long to say they received the information! I guess my patience is running thin with this whole process...

Thanks again, I really do appreciate it :)
