We'd better get ours off in December, because Nik's I-94 expires on the 31st!

So far we are waiting for his appointment with the cheapest CS in Phoenix - 65$ for copying a sheet of info! I'm on a bit of an anti-CS roll these days.

Got my Hepatitis B and influenza shots yesterday. Still waiting for the I-693 form to be filled up. The CS asked for $90 to fill up the form plus $10 for the X-ray Cd to be read. I wish USCIS will regulate the cost of transcribing the I-693. Anyways, be back on Friday to check the progress...

We went this route: "If the beneficiary's vaccinations were COMPLETED as part of the visa process, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INCLUDE FORM I-693 IN THE AOS SUBMISSION. All your medical information is enclosed in the brown envelope which was handed in at the POE. The envelope is then forwarded on to USCIS where it will be consolidated with the I-485 submission, once received. If you received a copy of the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet (Form DS-3025) from your Panel Physician, you may include a copy of that form in your AOS submission in place of Form I-693."

Hopefully we're square.

Snowbunnies, I'm also risking not sending the I-693 or supplement. There is one CS in my area, but when I called, the answering machine was the kind you buy anywhere, with the default voice saying to leave a message. That was too unprofessional to me.

If we do get an RFE for it, we'll have to travel to a CS somewhere else.

I'm glad we're not alone. It seems like plenty of people don't get RFE's for it, but if we do, easy to rectify.

Hey, everyone!

I'll be filing tomorrow or the day after tomorrow-just waiting on a translation for the birth certificate. Wish I could do it myself!

I'm kicking myself because my husband's I-94 expires on Dec 10, and I'm just now filing. Ugh! I was so on top of it with the visa, but I put off the AOS for too long....Really hoping it won't be an issue. I keep telling myself that it shouldn't be since they give you 90 days to get married-not necessarily to file AOS, right? They'll receive it a day or two after it expires.....

Also, I'm not sending the I-693. If we get an RFE, we'll take care of it, but hopefully they still have everything!
