Hi Newlyweds,

Sorry to hear about your RFE... hope you receive it soon and i'm sure it will be something easy...

I did a little research a while ago in case we get an RFE... From what i've noticed most RFE's seem to be I-864 related... I've noticed:

- People include copies of tax returns without W2s, or incomplete tax returns -> RFE which can be satisfied by ordering tax transcripts

- People who have joint sponsors for I-864, that are missing either the above or proof that the joint sponsor is a citizen (e.g birth cert etc...)

- More proof of income - if petioner's income is borderline - e.g send in pay checks, letter from employer etc...

Another RFE I noticed:

- Sending a copy of the original marriage certificate... They need a copy of the certified marriage cert - showing the marriage is registered through the court...

I don't think it's for the G-325a as the new form is just 1 copy (not 4) I sent just one too...

Good Luck and hoe it comes soon - i'm sure the waiting is the worst part...
