Hey guys, I'm sure these questions have been asked before but I couldn't find the answer to my questions anywhere so I figured I would try this. About form I-134...

1). I am a full-time student with a part-time job and only make $20,000. Should I have my mom be my co-sponsor, and if so, in form I-134 on part 10 when it says "I have submitted a visa petition..." does my mom fill that out as none? Is there anything else I should do to make it clear who is the petitioner and who is the co-sponsor, even if they already know, a letter maybe?

2). As for supporting documents, I just want to make sure I get everything right. I need, from both me and my mom, if you think it is necessary for her to co-sponsor with me: a letter from our bank stating our account info. --> date account was opened and balance, 3 pay stubs each, letter from employer, tax returns for how many years? That's it right, nothing else?

3).The letter of intent to marry and continued support needs to go with him to the interview, does he need to have one too, and is it okay if I send him mine now, dated in december, considering his interview will be anytime between now and march 24th?

I think that is all for now. Sorry I'm so inquisitive, I just really wanna get this right. I've been waiting too long.

Thank you so much for all your help.

If your family size is two, you and your fiancee, you make enough to qulaify. If you do use a co-sponsor they submit the same supporting infomation you do plus proof os US citizenship or residency and yes, you are correct, these questions are asked several times a day.

I cannot say how your Mom would answer that question. Has she ever submitt3ed a petition for anyone? If no, then "none" would be the correct answer. She did NOT submit a petition for your fiance, you did.

I would send all this as close to the interview as possible and would not even thin of sending it until you have an interview date. Trying to guess dates in this process will only cost you money and cause extra work (not sure how you get a date of March 24)
