Will be leaving on Tues night. I just want to know if NAIA will accept $$$ payment for terminal fee and travel tax????? or should be in peso???

based on my experience back then, i was short of peso and i asked the immigration if they accept partly dollars for the travel tax and she said yes. so i gave her $20 plus P500 back then... (it was on the naia centennial terminal) there's also a money changer at naia so it shouldn't be a problem (but i cannot assure that it will be open when for u guys. who knows) happy trip

for travel tax it would be in peso,,,terminal fee it can be $$$ or peso...goodluck......

where do you pay the travel tax ? at immigrations before heading to the gates ?

I just left out of the philippines in september....when i paid I was able to pay in dollars...but that was the terminal fee i think...the 750 before going into the terminal...

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

15-Dec Received AP in mail, no notification via e-mail/txt website doesn't show approval
16-Dec EAD Approved (SMS/E-mail) USCIS indicates it was approved yesterday?
18-Dec EAD Card arrived in mail
25-Mar 2011 GC Arrived

31-May 2013 10yr GC approved

I just got back from the Philippines a week ago and I paid 750 for terminal fee and 1620 for the Philippine travel tax. Those are in pesos but they will convert it in the prevailing rate of the dollar that day if you will pay in dollars.

where do you pay the travel tax ? at immigrations before heading to the gates ?

You pay the travel tax in at a booth as soon as you walkin the lobby. Before heading to the gates.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
