hey guys

I was wondering if any one been through this .i was scheduled for interview regarding my immigrante visa ir1 on 8-16-2009 at the end of the interview the consular requested relationship evidences well i sent them via dul 3 weeks later i got e-mail from the iv section stating this my visa has been isssued and will be sent within 2 weeks. 2 days later from this mail i got phone call from the iv section requesting co-sponsor 2 weeks later i sent it to them again by dul untill this moment theirs responses on my e-mail my case is pending final review it has been more than 2 months now since i sent those forms if any one has any idea how long dose it take in order they finish the final review i would appreciate it thanks

I don't really know about your case, I wish you have a good news soon

Unfortunately the embassy works on their own time. Try calling the DOS and see what status they have.

I hope they issue your visa soon. I know how difficult it can be waiting on the embassy.

i have the same situation man and i sent them the co sponsor forms more than a month now and still nothing from them until now , and the status says that the forms are under the consular officer review . so everything you can do now is to be patient as i am sure they will not tell you that the co sponsor forms are approved before doing all the name checks and issuing the visa and sent it to you, so the next thing you will hear from them is that your visa has been issued and sent to you via DHL . that takes sometime so be patient and isA we will have good news soon
