Hi everyone..

This is not so easy to type thur the tears..( I know buck up and face it)just understand this is really hard...

I file my second service inquiry yesterday due the fact the first went to the 45 days,

Well today I get this email:

Well now what can I do .... just sit back a basicaly wait for A DENIAL..... I have not even recieved my NOA 2....

I sent Mark Ellis a email....

I am going to Morocco to see my fiance cos I miss alot plus I have not been there in 1 year and I dont want them to deny me based on I have not seen him in the 2 years .. cos it looks like it could be close to 2 yrs if they even aprove my visa.

Any suggestions,,,,the Congressman is already involved he basically told me the same thing in October but seeing in writing from USCIS is harder to swallow....

This must be so heartbreaking - this process can be tedious and waiting can be torturous. I don't have any words of wisdom except a Bible verse that I refer to a lot, "The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still." - Exodus 14:14.
