Hi TINEGARY, have you sent your response to your RFE yet? What was it? . We both recieved an RFE on the same day. I didn't check the box yes or no for the military spot where it asks " Have you ever been convicted of a miltiary crime. I didn't think that applied to me because I have never been in the military. I overnighted it on the March 23. They received it on the 24. They responded on the March 24 with a case update that my case is ready to be processed. It was placed on hold on the 19th. I have noticed I have received a touch everyday since then. Hopefully I get my approval soon.

Its Me tine, He Didnot sent yet Hes RFE, waiting for Court Recourd from Ca. while he living at Ct. Hopefully sent it back On april 7, thats our plan,I seen RFE master also their TIMELINE, after they sent Back their RFE they Got after a week their NOA2. so about ur Case,, you will receive it, Hopefully this day Or nextweek,,

Thanks so much, and Happy belated Birthday! How ironic, our fiancee's live in the same country and we share the same birthday. I received a call from the Chennai Embassy today with the interview scheduled on April 27th at 9.00 am! They have sent out Packet 4 on the 26th, but I'm still yet to receive it. This consulate sends a direct P4 and no P3.

Wohoo, this is indeed going a lot faster than I thought! :wacko:

8 Jul - Package resent correcting the mistakes.

19 Jul - NOA1 notification on email/txt

19 Aug - Biometrics completed in Baltimore at assigned date.

31 Aug - EAD Card Production ordered (Email)

2 Sept - AP Approved (Email)

7 Sept - AP Received.

6 Oct - INTERVIEW! RFE for vaccination record.

8 Nov - USCIS receives completed vaccination record

24 Nov - Email from USCIS sying card production ordered

5 Dec - Green Card in the mail box :)

its tough to see people getting interviews and letters and some still havent even got noa2 like me! =( But this is a new week and hopefully with many approves too! positive vibes to us who havent got noa2 yet! have a great week you all and sending hopes to everyone who are still anxious to hear from vermont office like me! and once again congrats to everyone who already got them. we'll get there soon

We just got our NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!! 98 days! Have faith all, VSC is cranking them out this week!!

Congratulations! I hope this is a good week for Dec/Jan filers! My Mom said her Mom senses were tingling and that it'd be a good week! ;) And as we know, mothers know best.

Before Journey:

Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

January 25: NOA1 for AOS and EAD. Feb 5: Bio appointment received. Feb 7: RFE. Feb 11: Sent RFE response. Feb 23: AOS transfered to CSC. Feb 25: Biometrics. March 11: EAD approved! March 19: Received EAD. March 21: AOS approved! March 25: GC in hand!

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.

Around 100 days seems to be a norm for most of December VSC filers. So good stuff!
