My fiance came back from a tough night shift in the hospital to find a mail from USCIS. He said a lil' prayer for it to be the NOA2 and guess what

Our NoA2 is dated 16th March!! And just like Matt, they've missed updating it online. I have been so worried since. We were wondering if we'd end up with an RFE cause we had send NO PICTURES of us together at all in the application. Just his boarding pass and passport stamp of having visiting India and having met me then. But some stange turn of events, we actually had no pictures at the time of filing our I-129F.

Anyway its done now, we're super thrilled!

Keep them coming for the rest of us here VSC!

Will do Cap... I spoke with my attorney last night and asked about interview times in Moscow for their other clients in the past month. He said that the Moscow embassy has been scheduling interviews upon receipt of the petition in about 4-6 weeks, most are close to 5-6 weeks. I was happy to hear this and I hope they will continue to schedule this way when they receive ours. I am not sure though because no one will be working during the holiday week of May 1...we will see...

Has your petition been sent to Kiev yet?

Jim

I'll know when I call later today.

Last time I called (about 1 P.M.) they said that it was being prepared to be sent out.

On DHL website there's a package to Kiev @ 2:37 pm. I think that's ours

I like watching this thread.. it moves a lot quicker than the January ones, that's for sure. Congratulations to all you very lucky NOA2 havers, I know this means good stuff for the January folks. You all must be partying it up. :D

It is a great feeling to receive your NOA2 and yes I partied for about one day, then started getting ready for the next step. Everything moves very fast after your NOA2, so it's best to get your documents and evidence ready now for the next step. I would say that you will probably hear something next month, cause the average wait time is around 100 days.

Good luck.

Mark,

Thanks for all the great info Sunday.. It would be crazy if we both had an interview on the same day as I am only a few days behind you

I know all the best places to Party in Bogota.. The Hard Rock Cafe is one of them then they have a Hooters there also.

No worries mate, that's why we are here...to help out each other. That would be awesome to have the same interview date, cause I know nothing about Bogota. I was in the Bogota airport as a connecting flight to Santa Marta, but was not able to tour the city. Keep your fingers crossed and maybe we will get lucky and be in Bogota the same time.
