21 Dec - NOA1

16 Mar - Touch 1

17 Mar - Touch 2

16 Mar - NOA 2 (No update on the uscis site) (85 days)

19th Mar - Package sent from NVC to Embassy

26th Mar - Chennai Embassy sends Packet 4!

27th Apr - Interview Scheduled APPROVED

17 May - POE at BWI

15 Jun - Applied for SSN

18 Jun - AOS, EAD, AP Packet Sent.

8 Jul - Package resent correcting the mistakes.

Hey Everyone,

I posted early on in this process and have been watching the forum everyday. I guess I have been the very quite crew member below decks. It has been great to see how positive everyone is here.

I'm happy to see that VSC is finally starting to move and that everyone is starting to get their NOA2's. I pray to God that me and my little Alyonushka get ours this coming week. This is by far the most difficult process I have ever been through in my life. To be parted from someone that I love so much is a true test of strength. But I am staying positive and do believe that VSC is going to crank out another big batch next week.

Good luck to everyone in this continued journey.

FINALLY RECEIVED MY NOA2 TODAY IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

What a suprise to see form I-797 coming home from work and in the pouring rain....lol!!!! My petition was approved on 3/16/10. Just called Laddawan and woke her up and she was so excited!!!!!! Funny thing though I never received a text or email and I am signed up for both...oh well! I as happy as a kid in a candy store now guy...congrats to everyone again!!!!!!! :thumbs:

Steve, hang in there. They are working on December as a whole at the moment. Again, I don't want to be a downer, but yours might be a week or so away at this point. We've seen some action from the end of December, but it seems like most of their force is directed at the beginning-mid Dec still. They are about 80% done with that though. So you guys are next and then January.

Great news yesterday i received a text while i was watching a basketball game from the USCIS. When i got home and checked my email our NAO2 was there. Congrats to all that have received theirs and hoping for speedy approvals for everyone else.

04/15/2009 - met online

11/16/2009 - met in person, San Fernando, La Union

11/30/2009 - proposed(she said yes)

12/14/2009 - I-129F sent(VSC)

12/17/2009 - NOA1

12/28/2009 - hard copy NOA1 received

03/19/2010 - NAO2 approved email received

03/26/2010 - petition sent to manila from nvc

03/29/2010 - petition arrived in manila

04/05/2010 - interview date scheduled April 27th

04/06/2010 - first day of medical

04/07/2010 - second day of medical, she passed

05/18/2010 - Interview, she passed

05/22/2010 - visa delivered

05/31/2010 - flight to Manila to travel home with my fiance

06/07/2010 - arrive in Memphis
