Mark thats an amazing turn around with NVC, captain let me know what anser you get of them when you phone as i have the same NOA2 date as you so my stuff should be sent at the same time.

its all going fast now....I just hope london don't slow things down and I can get to the us by June

Received email then checked USCIS...I did not signup for text.

I got a text at 11PM last night and also an E-Mail around the same time...

I called the NVC tonight...they received our package and sent it to the embassy today. That was fast...I'm not used to things moving this fast. I have the DS-230 almost completed and will send to Carol soon.

Advice to me mates: after you receive your NOA2, things move exceptionally fast. Be proactive and complete or have your SO complete the documents needed for the interview. You can save a lot time by completing these documents ahead of time.

Aren't you going to the interview in Bogota ? Ok now you can tell me how you are getting this NVC done so fast...And how do you know this ? from the USCIS website? BTW ....... I guess you saw they hit me up with my NOA-2 last night at 11PM...

Holy fock that was fast....maybe I should call NVC tomorrow

I got ALL of our forms completed and just gonna have her sign once I'm there. Had them filled out for months now lol, just gonna date them with whenever she signs them (just 1 form DS-156 for Kiev, DS-156K needs to be signed in the presence of a CO I take it, since it says do not write below this line)

There's no P3 or P4 for Kiev, so when I can schedule an interview - I'm on a plane asap and coming back with my future wife

I would definately call. I called this morning and they received it yesterday and gave me my new case #.

Luckly Mexico doesn't have a p4 and the P3 is just an open appointment letter, everything else is online. Mail is not very reliable so once I can call and confirm the letter has been mailed we can go to the consulate an get a copy of the letter which we need for the medical interview. Hopefully that doesnt take too long as I too will be booking a flight to go to the interview, in lovely Juarez!!!!

I'm going to start calling today. My only issue is that my stupid cell phone freezes every time I get a busy signal And NVC is always busy.

Going to try calling after 9-10 tonight.

Kiev is the same as Mexico. No packets. Once they recieve the documents we just phone a call center and schedule an interview.

Called NVC. They don't have the case yet. I mean it's been a day, really. I'm not THAT lucky I just called for sh!ts and giggles to be honest, didn't expect it to be there.

I think I'll call on Tuesday next time.

On March 18, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is this the elusive NOA2 they are sending? it went from initial review to post-decision status? The US government confuses me....
