Congrats Mark for the NOA2! What joy!

I received a touch yesterday and I'm thrilled already. I have a feeling that ours will be an RFE cause we have sent them boarding passes and airtickets as proof of having met but haven't sent then any pics together. Anyway I'm thrilled cause if it has to be an RFE well then lets get it fast.

Thank you. Don't worry about the pics yet. USCIS is not concerned about pics, but the consulates are usually very picky about proof of ongoing relationship. Make sure that you take plenty of pics to the interview.

I know they are working hard on December.

I will be the last to leave this ship, however, because a captain never abandons the vessel. I am going to wait and make sure every one of my crew is safe and sound on our new ship (visa in hand ) before I say goodbye to this one.

Thanks. Throughout this whole process that song has been playing in my head. They are all coming to America, some will be sooner then others. I see your post all over this site. You are very patient and informative, so thank you for all the free information I have received from you. This May 1st trip is that your first time to the Philippines? I was there with my 8 year old daughter for most of last summer. My daughter wanted to dye her hair black and stay there. She had an entourage everywhere she went. Our time will come Jared.

No, May 1st will be my 3rd trip to the Philippines. . I proposed to my sweetie while vacationing in Boracay back in November. We just recently spent her birthday in January in Hong Kong. It was her first time out of the country and she was just so excited. I miss her so very much and this wait has been extremely difficult. I agree with you, Philippines is beautiful.. The people, culture, land, are all just beautiful. This time around we're going to do some exploring in Bohol, and I'll spend some time with her family in Davao. I'd like to attend the interview with her in Manila, but worst case, she'll have to do that on her own..

Just trying to remain positive.. Today was a good sign, as they approved a lot of my friends who have similar filing dates. Maybe I'll get a nice surprise before the weekend.

We have checked and checked in USCIS site but No Touches just same status as before; are we missing something??? We have login and everything set for notification by email but have not changed since 12/16/09.
