December K-1 2009 Filers VSC

OMG!!!! I just got a text and email that my petition is now approved!! ))) at 9:47PM . For the rest here, December approvals are on the way......

OMG! OMG!! OMG!!! That's all I can say, OMG. We were approved!!!!!

I received an email at 9:45 this evening. I just got home a few minutes ago and read it...I can't believe it. I'm on cloud 9 and it's too late to call anyone so I'll share the good news with me mates. Finish your chores early mates because we be havin a party tomorrow night and I be bringin the rum...drinks all around.

Looks like VSC decided to start working on Dec. filers, finally. Captain, I am happy to prove ourselves wrong about our approval predictions of Mar. 22. lol

I hope to see more celebrating from ye mates this week, especially Matt.

Yes I live in Hartford, CT.. Milagros (May) is still in Davao and she doesn't login that often. Usually when she does online it's to talk to me or update Facebook. But I'll give her a kumusta ka from you

I wasn't expecting to be one of the first Dec. filers to be approved...I just wanted someone from the SS Rumrunner to be approved. You won't believe how much pressure is lifted when you receive your NOA2. I'm really looking forward when each of you are approved. I will be celebrating right along with you!!!

Hi, Decemeber 2009 VSC filers! I was where you are a year ago.

While waiting for NOA2, I HIGHLY recommend getting everything together for the interview, especially since VSC is currently moving way faster than it was a year ago. It took me 6.5 months for NOA2. During that time, I gathered all the paperwork and evidence for the interview. Then I filled out as much of the AOS/EAD/AP paperwork as possible. Then (since I had so much time), I found out all the details for getting a SSN & getting married in my state.

Doing all that made the wait time productive.

By the time he got here, some of the forms had been updated, but it was easier trasnsferring info from one version to another than if I had to start over. Also, I updated the forms when he got his A #, SSN, wedding date finalized, etc. That made it easy to submit the AOS paperwork a few days after getting married.

We finally received NOA2 today!!!! This is wonderful news.

NOA1 Dated: December 7, 2009.

NOA2 Dated: March 16, 2010.

We are awaiting letter and interview....

We will marry on November 19, 2010 in Thailand.

Just wondering if you went to check your case status by putting in your case #. The reason I ask is because after I got the text I logged in and all it said was last update 3/16/10 but nothing about being approved

I hope you receive the NOA2 very soon. I was very surprised to see ours today. I kept thinking of all the possible mistakes I might have made in filling out the papers. Fortunately it worked out.
