December K-1 2009 Filers VSC

We are moving along. VSC is turning things out. People should go look at their trends graphs ( http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formt...amp;charttype=1 ) to really appreciate each and every day VSC is working on our K-1s.

And YES, I know how hard it is to wait My heart breakes into a thousand pieces every night when I try to go to sleep having waited yet another day.

Our time is coming, mates.

Your captain may take up drinking a bit more nowadays though, as we are sailing towards month 4, but I'm still around and making sure all of you are sane and not each others' throats over the last keg of rum!

You are definitely keeping me sane, this much is certain! If I had not found all of you here, I would be in a straight jacket by now doing the Thorazine shuffle surrounded by men in pretty white coats with birds and flowers and trees around me...ok, enough of that As you said Cap, VSC is finally moving forward again with I129's and this is great news for all of us. But, it still does not make the waiting easier. Nevertheless, I hope every day that we will receive our approval. I believe in Karma and positive thoughts making positive outcomes. It is difficult to do this some days, but most days I am positive and hopeful. My heart breaks every day too Cap...all of our hearts will break until we are reunited with our better halves. Thinking of the future helps me. I know that in several months, probably summer, Irina will be here with me and this ALWAYS makes me feel very happy. I know that this waiting process will be over before I realize it because these next several months are but a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of our lives together...

Drink up!!! I may actually partake myself tonight. I came to Delaware this weekend so my sons could visit their grandmother, so I may go somewhere tonight to blow off some caged frustration. Besides, I only have 4 days off per month right now, so I need a break sometimes

BTW, I am serious about some of us getting together soon one weekend. Phily, New Jersey...either is good for me. What do you think about late April...early May...anything? I want to do this, I think it would be good for all of us. I definitely think we should all get together after our loved ones arrive here too...

Great graph.......Great advice...After talking to you last night I drank till well after 4 AM..... Now here is all that rain.. If it isn't snow as it was 2 weeks ago now we age getting flooded by rain..............Arrrrrrrrrr .......................Even the Parrot is taking cover down below..

I am confident I picked the right man for the job of Captain..... I saw a poster yesterday and it said.

I guess Matt is still in Sick Bay... Now I know why I haven't seen me wench in a week... He took up my offer to use as needed...

My Captain and myself discussed this last night briefly.. Lets get past the rough seas and into the smoother NOA-2 waters and then we can make some plans..As I have an oceanfront home with a rooftop deck with bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and 3 bedroooms I think the party should be here...As this is a seaworthy theme we use here in Dec.VSC partying with an Ocean view would be best suited to complete the voyage we started.....Hell.............. Mabye we can even spot a few drifers at sea with my looking glass and toss them a line or a Beer........

Yes PJ I've returned from sick bay..it was a long trip by myself but I survived the storm and back to report a little good news...today 3/13/09 had my first touch since my I-129f was submitted I hope better days are a head of me and everyone else on this journey!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone,

this is the first time i am writing something on VJs website. Just got my account to see whats happening with process from december. Got my NOA1 on dec 16th and since that nothing. I am doing my process with vermont too. I have a friend who s doing her process at california office and she already got her NOA2, shes Jan 19th! I was so happy for her but so mad I was a month before and nothing yet. Does anyone has any idea when we are going to hear something from them? I was having a hard time dealing with process, I am too anxious so since beg of march i am not sleeping well. I know a lot of you guys are having same problems like me. My fiancee wont be able to come visit anymore, its expensive plane tkt plus we need some more for wedding and AOS. I wish we could be able to see our parterns at least beg o jun, u think it will be possible? I cant wait for all this pressure be over .

Take a deep breath my brother.. The Vermont Service Center is going just a wee bit pokier than the California Service Center.. The weather in New England has been kind of cold and crappy, not to mention the 2 months approvals you were seeing a few months back are non-existent. In all honesty we are looking at 4 month approvals for K1's out of Vermont.. Does it suck? Yes sir it does.. But I tell you what, it's totally worth the wait..

Based on some hypothetical guessing after taking a few swigs at rum, our mathematicians are guessing that the last week of March will be our time to shine.. We're all in the same boat.. The wait sucks, we miss our loved ones, and we're watching the California folks churning these out like nobody's business.. But not to fear.. For our day will come.

We can't really help you with any estimates. But the consensus among us is that we'll start seeing something in April

CSC is faster than NVC, so we just have to accept it.
