I hope so too, Jim, but... I know it's not going to happen. So far, we'll just wait for the first December approval, then go from there.

At least most people here were expecting the wait, and didn't get their hopes completely crushed.

Jim,

I share your optimism, but I'm afraid I agree with Capt. Martyshk that it will not happen. I believe that we won't see any Dec. approvals until the last week of March. I don't mean to sound pessimistic, just being realistic...but we can always hope. Hope is what keeps us going!

I found this on the USCIS website under "My Case Status, Terms and Conditions"

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized access is a violation of U.S. Law and Department of Homeland Security policy, and may result in criminal or administrative penalties. Users shall not access other users' files or system files without proper authority. Absence of access controls is not authorization for access.

I recommend that you stop accessing other case numbers. I would hate to see your petition terminated or criminal charges brought against you. The Nov. filers were doing the same thing as you until they read this and then they stopped.

A couple of our September filers figured out a system to checking case numbers to see when we were all close to being approved and after about a week or two of her doing this they finally banned her for like 3 days.

Good luck to all the December filers!

You really really should not add other petitions to your portfolio. End of story.

Don't bring heat to the RUMRUNNER... If you are going to sail with us...Have a drink and wait it out on deck or take shore leave and get a wench for the night. But don't do what they did in the November 2009 VSC forum.. This be me ship and me captain will have ya in Irons if you countinue to post this type of information here....... You cannot change what is and what will be............ so grab a mug fill it with RHUM and join me below decks for some frolicking with the crew :dance::dance: There is not much more you can do... You can REALLY get in deep sh!t by doing what you are doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bonk:

thats crazy, and as mark and carol said defo wrong, i would stop it if i were you, it will lead to more disapointment then its worth. As dec filers we are already over our half way mark and as we can see from this site more and more filers are getting aprroved everyday. So we just need to hang tight and ours will finally come our way soon :) I know i would actually be a bit upset if i was to find out someone knew i ws approved before either me, my so and uscis.

but anyway good luck with you application, not to much longer to wait now!!!

Ditto that.

We are moving along. VSC is turning things out. People should go look at their trends graphs ( http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formt...amp;charttype=1 ) to really appreciate each and every day VSC is working on our K-1s.

And YES, I know how hard it is to wait :( My heart breakes into a thousand pieces every night when I try to go to sleep having waited yet another day.

Our time is coming, mates.

Your captain may take up drinking a bit more nowadays though, as we are sailing towards month 4, but I'm still around and making sure all of you are sane and not each others' throats over the last keg of rum!

~ Captain Martyshk
