Welcome Gary. I hope to receive my NOA2 in March also. VSC seemed to be dormant during the holidays, but it is picking up steam now. GO VSC!!!

i read december filer 2008 some filer wasnt same when the time they recve thier NOA2, have other account facebook or friendster guy's???

Mabye and this is a big Mabye.. That someone at VSC reads VJ and notes the names of the ones who complain here as we all have been doing and makes us wait more time .. Anything is possible... Mabye even the 12-15-09 petition was dropped on the floor and the touch was someone picking it back up and putting in the wrong pile that was meant to be for the November 09 filers...The petioner got very lucky and moved ahead of the rest of us.. Too many possibles to speculate.. Only that I hope they do the same to mine.. Hell they can spill coffee on mine.. as long as they do something with it...LOL

Congrats!!! That's awesome. I was expecting to wait for 3 or 4 months for my NOA2, but it looks like there IS a light at the end of the USCIS tunnel.
