Good luck.. I'm a December filer as well.. VSC is receiving my package today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a quick turnaround. I want the fiancee here in June, or at least for the July 4th holiday.

Our I-129F was posted on the 2nd Dec and we found a=out that VSC received it today so just waiting on the NOA1, Hoping we didn't miss anything out.

Finally sent mine off today B)

Welcome to December Filers...Good Luck to you and the rest of us..Hopefully with the holidays approaching there won't be too many people with the extra cash to file this month and we might get lucky for this reason , then again you never know with USCIS. But Vermont is showing less processing time than California..

Hi, Decemeber 2009 VSC filers! I was where you are a year ago.

While waiting for NOA2, I HIGHLY recommend getting everything together for the interview, especially since VSC is currently moving way faster than it was a year ago. It took me 6.5 months for NOA2. During that time, I gathered all the paperwork and evidence for the interview. Then I filled out as much of the AOS/EAD/AP paperwork as possible. Then (since I had so much time), I found out all the details for getting a SSN & getting married in my state.

Doing all that made the wait time productive.

By the time he got here, some of the forms had been updated, but it was easier trasnsferring info from one version to another than if I had to start over. Also, I updated the forms when he got his A #, SSN, wedding date finalized, etc. That made it easy to submit the AOS paperwork a few days after getting married.

Best wishes for a smooth & quick journey for all of you.

If yours happens to take longer than planned, remember that everything happens for a reason and in His time.
