can my fiance visit me on a B2 visa?

hello, i applied for the k1 visa in NOV. while im waiting can my fiance come visit me with the B2 visitors visa while the i29f is pending? with this in anyway affect the outcome of her k1 interview? thanks.

If she has a visa she can certainly seek entry.

if she has a b2 visa she can see you. make sure that she carries a full pakcakge of the k1 with her. that way they know she is playing by the rules and has every reason to go home and not dissaper. in the computers will show she is applying for k1.

You can try if you have a valid B2. However, there's a chance that they may deny you at POE. Carry strong proof of ties to your home-land.
