Hello,

I am just thinking way ahead at the moment and wanted to know if Guangzhou, China allows for both the man and woman to attend the interview jointly? I have seen other people in other countries recommend that both people attend the interview, but they also said that it was country or consulate specific on if they allowed this or not? Has anyone been through the interview process in GZ and had a joint interview? Does anyone also know where i can find a good list of sample questions that they might ask during the interview? Thank you for your time and help.

Moved from Removal of Conditions forum to K-1 forum. You should get more responses to your question here.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

We just got NOA2, so we have not been there yet, however all the posters on here have indicated that the interview is strictly for the fiance(e). You can be in the building, but there is some stopping point where she will be on her own after that. Read further down in the China portal, there have been some recent posts about questions asked.

There are great reasons to attend ACS, ACH, but ..

alas.

NO - you cannot be there on the 5th floor with her, on interview day. If you are in town, at least give her your passport, have her give the affadavit of support doc INSIDE of the passport.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

on --- you can get what questions might be asked
On here you can get an idea of what questions will be asked. Check the Consulate Reviews for Guangzhou, also use the search for more. VJ has many more members who go through Guangzhou than any other website has.

moving right along
