Yippee, I finally found a doctor that will just do the trans. of vacc for my I-693. Dr. Groos in Wautoma, WI. Its a two hour drive but still cheaper then having an entire medical again. The receptionist wasn't sure what the charge would be. I asked what a full medical cost there and she said anywhere from $400 to $1000. I already sent in my AOS package with the DS-3025 vacc supp. but I want the I-693 done, just in case we get an RFE for it. My DS-3025 is complete so I am hoping that's all I will need. Note to others in Wisconsin on the US Civil Surgeon Locator it has Dr. Conant, in Oconto, WI, I called and he doesn't even work there anymore and no forwarding info was given. Dr. Riquelme, with offices in Green Bay and Suring, WI will not trans. vacc, will only do complete medicals, and Dr. Helen Luce will only do full medicals. There was another doctor is Wausau that would only do full medicals as well but the name escapes me right now.

why you didn't use Dr. Arnold, no driving required...

He's retiring soon and I think people have been having problems with him recently.

I do have an I-693 done by Dr. Arnold, I am just a little nervous about using it with everything that's been going on with him lately. My honey thinks that I should just use it and have a list ready of all the doctors we contacted in Wisconsin that would not do it.
