Quite a few in VSC and few in CSC with NOA1s. Some of the cases have even been forwarded to the consulates. They just won't approved the recalled cases! the NOA2s.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Oh, yes, nannygirl, quite a few in VSC and few in CSC. Some of the cases have even been forwarded to the service centers. They just won't approved the recalled cases!

yes i have read about thos cases...which don't get me wrong is GREAT...i am happy for all the new people getting approved....just kinda sucks that all the recalled people are being put on the back burner for something that isn't even OUR fault!!

but anyone who has been approved and got recalled approved??? and why haven't they yet?

There was ONE recalled case approved with a NOA2 (CSC) so far - according to our chart. No one knows for sure why they just won't approve our cases. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pattern.

Here, take a look at the chart: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20652

No, it doesn't. But we have been doing some maths and we're expecting some of our cases to be approved by next week. They've been taking 2 weeks to approve cases after getting the NOA1's RFE's back. So... We're getting close. Hopefully.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I also like to think that the reason they haven´t approved a recalled case from Vermont yet is that it´s taking them aprox. 2 weeks to do so.

Seems like the process is the same. They receive the RFE back and after 15 days or so they approve it.

But for now we can only guess, since it hasn´t been 15 days since the VSC recalled cases got the RFE update.

Let´s hope for news this week.

I just hope they are not still "trying to figure what to do" with the recalled cases.

Some of us are only waiting for an approval, after dealing with all the IMBRA thing..

They must be ready to reapprove the cases now.

This has been my fear all along. I had posted earlier 2 weeks ago that an officer in Vermont told me that "there is no Protocol to process NOA2's and sure you will get your RFE but..." He kind of stopped there. My big fear is that they really don't know what to do and maybe expect legal challenges to the IMBRA Bill and dont want to be caught up in Lawsuits? At this point I just want things to move forward. This delay is Unforgivable for us to be put on the back burner after being lied to so many times by the NVC and USCIS. The slow burn is starting to boil over again.

Don´t really think that´s the case..

They are approving people with IMBRA RFE.

The only difference would be if they had a problem puting our new NOA2 in their system, but I don´t think there´s any difference at the law..

After getting a RFE, the process should be the same for people with only NOA1 or NOA2...

Unles there´s something else we don´t know yet... but I don´t think that would be related to IMBRA itself.

see that is the problem i am having with this...why the hold up??? if they are processing it like noa1's why not the same for us?? UNLESS could they be sending us NEW noa2's and that is the hold up? because i think a lot of our noa'2 have expired

I think we´ll be getting a new NOA2. Actually I´m positive that we will.

I just don´t know what will happen with our case number at NVC once the case is back there.

But yeah.. some people like Mew and Mike have had their RFEs received back at VSC, have been touched a few days in a row and nothing else.

I think VSC is about to issue their new NOA2, with a new expiration date.
