December filer got my NOA-1 information from the case status page 12/09/2009.

Based on recent Colombia and CSC cases I am thinking 2/19/2010 - 3/3/2010 for NOA-2

We are number 281 on Igor's list

btw, What is the "Igor list"?

At the top of the web page here is a tab Immigration Timelines

In the middle is Igor's List we are up to 253 12/27/09

As soon as you update your NOA-1 date on your timeline you will be on the list ( the date comes from your case number and online status after you register)

As your other Visa Journey friends are approved you move up the list. Right now the CSC is approving cases around Sep 30 2009

Hey December Filers,

We had a wonderful last Christmas here in Australia. Lots of laughs but also lots of tears. I keep watching Igor's hoping to see us move up faster but its only been 3 weeks since NOA1 lol. Yep seriously impatient here.

The holiday season is hard on all of us without the ones we love and the only thing that keeps me going is that next year I will be with Eric & it will be a wonderful life we are building. We keep ourselves occupied looking at paints,tiles etc so we can start to redecorate once I am there..mini projects to pass the time. I move back to my parents at the end of January as my lease expires early February and there is no point renewing it. So I am beginning to clean things out in preparation of them being sold.

Hope you all had a great holiday season...hope to hear from you all soon

Well I know the month has barely started -- but we have all our petition ready to file first thing in the morning. :dance:

So let all of us December Filers share our journey here and lend each other support as we begin the new chapter of our lives.

From the trends it looks like the timelines are shortening...we are looking toward a April/May approval.

How r ppl knowing their application is touched before recieving the NOA1 hardcopy?? Or have dates prior to receiving the hardcopy? Is there a way to see it before receiving your case #??? Thanks & hope all is going good for everyone :)

The only way you can see the status of your case is by using the case number on the NOA1 OR on the back of the check sometimes you will see a WAC followed by numbers...this is your case number. You then have to register on the USCIS website.

I spend so much time refreshing the page there willing them to start on our cases...I will send myself nuts I am sure checking the site every day :blink: Am I the only December CSC filer who does this? Hoping for that small miracle to say NOA2!
