Looks like the I-129F turnaround is going slower than expected. It is up to 97 days now. I hope that they can wrap up the October files in January.

I-129F NOA2: 2010-03-02

Current status: Received Packet 3(yet to submit required docs)

Looks like the I-129F turnaround is going slower than expected. It is up to 97 days now. I hope that they can wrap up the October files in January.

Looks like they went through 10 today....went from 260 to 250 on Igor's list today :) They keep that rate we will be through in no time...i can dream :whistle:

9/27/2010 NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) Received

12/1/2010 NOID Reaffirmed & Returned for visa processing (back to Casa for another interview)

2/2/2011 Rebuttle Interview: APPROVED!!!

3/18/2011 VISA IN HAND!!

4/8/2011 Arrive in US through JFK (20 mins total time)

6/9/2011 MARRIED!!!

7/2013 Divorced

We have gone from 229 up to 214 today WOOHOOO!

I have intiated my police check here...should have it in two weeks.

Hope everyone else is doing well...I am trying not to refresh the USCIS site too often...I check at the beginning of the day for the US and the end of the day lol.

Things seem to be moving (on Igor's list at least) :D . We've moved about 10 places in the last week so I guess that everyone else has too! Yipee... I'm suffering at my job because it's awful so I can't wait to be able to tell them where to put it and move over to be with my lovely man!

I had noticed that Igor's List was moving too...we have jumped 14 spots this week..that has been the bright spot in my week. My son is in hospital and will be there for the next few weeks...at least it is passing the time until NOA2 arrives :)

I have no idea what the difference is. I have only ever looked at the one on this site.

That Nov approval has me all excited...maybe the wait wont be much longer for us..but I am not counting on it.
