I am helping my fiance to fill out the I94 form prior to her departure from VN.

What should she put in for the following item.....?

item 10...country where you lived...

Should she fill out her new country ...USA....or Vietnam?

item 11...country where boarded

Is Vietnam correct for this field?

10 - I can't remember. We may have asked the CBP agent how to fill this in. Her visa is non-immigrant, so it's probably Vietnam

11 - That is where she gets onto the flight to the US. It won't be Vietnam as there are not any non-stops. Where is her connection?

her connection is Korean...so that her boarding country.

I am thinking item 10 should be Vietnam also

I would think both answers would be Vietnam as Korea is only a connecting flight. I think they may be more worried about what you're bringing...if you got off in Korea and bought stuff and bringing it, then I'd say Korea.

be sure you take great care in filing out the name and the order it is in... others have had problems when the name was in the wrong order.

She boards the flight that brings her to the US in Seoul, not HCMC. It's not asking about the trip, it's about the flight.

should the middle name be placed right after first name?...or leave it out....

for example:

firstname middlename
