I took my wife (L) ( NorthernGirl ) (L) when she came over and we got married

(here in Adelaide South Australia)

I took her to the Gorge Wildlife Park.... nice place and nice drive through the country side as well

We both got to hold a Koala.

What I hate is when they stick their claws into you when you hold them :unsure::blink:

Apart from that was a nice daytrip we enjoyed together

Damn I am missing her... My wife Cheryl (L) ( NorthernGirl ) (L)

Another thing i hate is the service centres ( especially California ),

taking their sweet a## time Approving I-130's....

Come On California and other sevice centres get with the ####### program.

ahhh that's better

Cheers

My current annoyance is that the pizza sauce in Lean Cuisine pizzas tastes horrible and even after letting it sit for 10 min I still burned my finger trying to scrape the sauce off :P

There's a thunderstorm with a lot of lightning going on right now that keeps flickering my electricity. It's already gone off and come back on twice. I don't mind the thunderstorm, but being alone at home when the electricity goes out is very boring! And it's also gets very dark inside because of the dark clouds.

Ooo I'm jealous. It's been sunny and hot here forever and I would LOVE a nice big storm to come through. I love storms (sunny days can get very boring)! I agree on the boring when the electricity goes out thing....one night the power across half the city went out for a couple hours. Luckily James had his laptop charged so we watched a movie but DANG it was hot.

They definitely have sharp claws!!! I got to hold one when I was a kid living in Australia. They would also have them ride around on the backs of German Sheppards! Good times! :D

omG, someone stop me from blowing a gasket.

I'm on floor at work today...Sunday is a 10-4 shift. There are two agents which cover all day long - today, me being one of them. And you really should get here before the shift starts, so that you are logged in and completely prepared to go at 10.

At 10:15, I get a phone call from the other agent (a very green one, btw)...

she's all 'how do I send an office wide email?'

Me: erm, why are you sending emails when you should be here alredy?

Her: oh, I can't make it today

Me: are you kidding me????

Her: oh my husband...blah blah blah....I have the kids...blah blah....I don't think I want floor anymore cos as long as I've been there, I haven't done well...perhaps I can't talk to ppl well....5 minutes more of twaddle...so I figure I'll send an email to see IF someone can cover it...blah blah

Me: I need to interrupt you here...we don't have time to sit and talk. the floor shift is yours to cover, whether you do it or not...email isn't going to work cos you're already late as it is...you need to get on the phone and call people NOW..

Her: chuntering on..

Me; Please hang up the phone and go sort this...

So I'm here by myself....phones are ringing off the hook, customer wanted to come in, but I can't see them cos there's no one else to answer the phones...it's a mess

She calls back 40 MINUTES LATER!

Her: I've left a few voicemails for ppl, so hopefully one will come in

Me: Do you not understand that this is your responsibility? I don't care who comes in, but it's your job to ensure someone does. I cannot do this shift on my own

Her: well, gee. that's funny...cos last time I worked a Sunday, there were 3 calls only

Me: And that is relevant how?

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

IK HOU VAN JOU, MARK

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!
