Hi everyone, we filed my AOS, EAD and AP on the 30 th November. We filed it without the I-693 and just sent the DS-3025 vacc supp. with it. I have the I-693 from Dr. Arnold but didn't include it. It came in the mail and hour after I mailed the package to Chicago. I know I will probably get an RFE for it and I am still trying to find a doctor in Wisconsin that can do that for me. Tried two more today, no luck, full medicals only, I was told again today to go back to Montreal and get it from the doctor who did my initial medical. I will try again tomorrow, eventually I will get it done and have it ready for the RFE when it comes. My question is, will they continue with my EAD and AP if there is an RFE about the I-693 for AOS, or do they continue on with the other two?

If the I-485 stops then the I-765/I-131 stops to until the I-485 resumes

I did read that about the DS-3025 but when you read the instructions on the I-693 it says it has to be filled out for vacc. and signed by a civil surgeon. Its a little confusing. I know a few people that were approved without the I-693 so I am hoping I will be too. Thanks for the response. Take care.

If your vaccines were up to date on the 3025 then I would just sit on it....in fact without an RFE there is no guarantee that if you sent the form in independently right now it would ever make it to your file.

We were ones who were approved without the I693 despite the fact that our 3025 was actually incomplete.

I wouldn't try to send it in anyways, not with the controversy over Dr. Arnold, I would wait for the RFE but we are hoping since the DS-3025 was complete and I included that, that we won't have any problems. Thanks, take care.

I had a few problems at first trying to find a civil surgeon who would just do the vaccination supplement but after calling around I found someone to do it for $30.

Irony is on the drive home we got a speeding ticket for $125 so didn't save much anyhow.

Now this sounds like something that would happen to me, or the car would break down...you know, along those lines. Still though, even at $155 that's alot cheaper then the full medical quotes I've been given here in Wisconsin. Love you name Deanna. (its my middle name!)

May be cheaper to just drive here to Minnesota seeing as your only the next state, Ha. I got it done in Willmar.

They were really helpful on the phone and it was quick and easy to get done.

Good luck and hopefully it will all work out for you.

P.S. Deanna is actually my wife's middle name too but she prefers it so thats what she is called.
