We just learned that our case has been completed on Nov. 30, and now we have to wait at least 8 weeks for next instruction. It will be forwarded in the embassy and my main concern is about the interview.

I know that we need to provide evidences to proved our relationship with my husband still in contact. We got married on civil on March 2002. And he filed a petition only on December 2005. And then we got married on church this February 2009 and my main question is that,

Is that enough proof of our relationship?

Our current evidences is as follows,

1. Marriage license (2002 and 2009) certified

2. Emails (not much)

3. Credit card bills which shows both of us use it at the same time

4. Passport printouts of my husband going here in the Philippines

5. Pictures of us when he visit me here.

6. Snail mail (a little)

7. Current phone logs (T-mobile) not the old ones.

We usually talk VOIP 3 yrs now but he never got the phone logs so thats our main concern thats why we asked if our marriage this year is enough proof, and do you think it is enough to supercedes all our other evidences that is listed here?

Other question is the support.

Since our case has been completed? It means that he passed the affidavit of support correct? Then by any chance will it be opened in the interview and reviewed it again? I just wanna make know when they decide if the petitioner is unable to provide support or not. Is it before the case complete or during the interview process.

Thank you so much for the help and I hope you can answer this ASAP :)

I appreciate it!
