How do you get the Embassy to answer their phone or respond to an email?

Just wondering. Each time I send an email to the Embassy, all I get is the "auto" response. And they say they will take immigration visa calls between 2pm and 4pm (2am - 4am my time), but when I call during those times, I still get the same voicemail I get outside of those hours. Has anyone else been able to reach their Embassy and speak with an actual, real, live person? Is there a secret I missed somewhere? :whistle:

Which embassy?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
