Wow, my whole I-129F package was only 25 pieces of paper... including a several page divorce decree...

Unless you were "front loading" your petition, items 6, 12-14 & 16 are not needed. The USCIS is NOT checking the validity of your relationship but determining eligibility to apply for a visa (petitioner is a USC, both are free to marry and have met face-toface within the last two years)...

:) no way! i mean really?! YOU RULE! i wish i could be there at uscis to see those guy's faces when they see your package! OVER 600 PAGES!

anyway, no need for these. they only want the proof that you and your fincee have actally seen each other in person (within 2 years). that's not an evidence of this requirement. guess you'd be the first for December filers. you should start your Dec filres topic.

good luck on a fast and smooth journey!

Ok Guys, Sorry for not replying soon because I am so busy with my work schedule. Ok, Many of you have commented that certain things in the package we sent are not really necessary. But the fact is I did a very good research about the k1 visa and read many case histories. Honestly, I was abit optimistic like everyone thinking we just need this and that but after going through previous cases its so shocking that the k1 visa has been rejected or sent an RFE or even delayed for long time because something simple was missing. The first silliest mistake of RFE was the couple sent only 2 chats. The RFE stated, "Send more proof of relationship". I know sending a few chats is enough but where do i start and where do i end. Its difficult because all they would be reading is broken chats without meaning. So we just chose like 6 full chats showing how our relationship developed and how it evolved till date giving them a clear picture. Other cases of RFE was not enough proof of meeting in person, Not enough photographs..... and it goes on. Thats why, we decided that we shouldn't give space to any error and sent them precisely what they wanted to see and nailed the application to the core. Now, if they want to send us an RFE then it would be because "TOO HEAVY SEND A LIGHTER ONE" ;))

Anyways, They got it and they are processing it. Now i am just getting ready for the Interview and gathering all the other documents they require for the interview such as Police certificates, Medicals and I-134 affidavit of support. Hopefully, By God's will and the faith in our love we will prosper that forthcoming test of our lives.

Any other comments, You guys are very welcome to post.
