This gives me a sharp smack across the face for getting so down over the CSC getting the IMBRA RFE to us so late (July 15th) - thanks for putting things back into perspective for me MrLonely. I cannot believe it though ... 28% of us Marchies haven't even received it yet?! I can't even express how incredulous I am! And they are approving petitions from June!? I could throttle someone. It really seems like the recalls and the March petitions are getting the short end of the IMBRA stick.

ELI........All of congress has now come home. This chart should be copied by all marchies and taken to their offices. No one can deny these hard facts now. Kitkat is gonna start, I'm right behind her........when these intelligent congress folks see the the hard figures, how can they not act for their constituants................I suggest all members in march make a copy of this and take to them this week.

I knew that I could see the forest better if I viewed it from a hot air balloon from above. The good news about all this.......if it can be considered good news, I thought that I was one of only three marchies w/o an rfe........now it's 28%.............I emailed the csc last night and I will continue to do so every other day until I get a response. Then, I go to snail mail to the director. Oh yes, I'm just warming up. I'm tired of trying to comfort my Russian princess with words........my love for her now demands action ..........

It's obvious that they are doing the RFE's that they got from July 7 and before. Trouble is that most of us got them in at that timeframe. So I guess it's every man for himself now. Danny, I know how to do a timeline search and I can copy/paste the info into excel but how do you save it as a picture so it can be posted? Been trying to figure that one out all day!

Gary.......that is the chart I was trying to do all week..........I also can get into the timelines......manipulate certain columns I want and I can copy and paste as well........but I've been trying to post the chart as a picture as well..........let me know what danny says......anyway......your instructions worked.....I like the courior font.........I will continue to use it now. The way I do it is:

1.* While the Excel chart is on your screen, do <alt> Print Screen. (This copies it into your "cut-and-paste" buffer.)

2. Open up "MS Paint" or other picture editor, and paste the image from your buffer.

3. Edit, crop, resize and adjust the picture as needed, before saving it.

4. Put the picture at some personal web site that can be accessed by everyone.

5. When creating the message here, post the link using the image function.

*Note for #1 - Some time it won't all display on open screen, so you might need to use functions in #2 to merge images.

I count 6 March and 6 April members who received NOA2s so far. How equitable can that be?!

What concerns me is the total numbers... At this rate, it will take them almost 10 weeks to catch up on the backlog of pending matters. And then, they will have a couple months of new applications piling up behind that. I absolutely do not need to wait another 10 weeks simply to reach NOA2 status!

My RFE date is 7-7 I stopped counting after seeing over 60 RFE dates the same or sooner than mine. It could be a few more weeks before they get to me if we get 5 approvals a day.

Ok, using the timeline chart that was provided by Danny here is what I come up with. It looks like they are doing petitions with RFE dates of July 7 and before. There are 111 of us with dates like that. So far. last week they did 21 NOA2's which is aprox 20% of the dates. At that rate it will take them a total of 5 week to do all of the July7 and before RFE's. So it will be 4 more weeks until all of us will get them that have July 7 and before RFE dates. Now, I would assume that there are some that got NOA2's that are not active or haven't updated their timeline. I feel comfortable knocking off a week for that. But I also don't have any faith that they will stick to the July 7 cut-off date. One would think that as they get a system going on dealing with the IMBRA RFE's that they will get faster. Time will tell.
