I borrowed Ulings chart......cleaned it up and listed it in NOA1 month with approvals listed..........I knew someone would do the work for me when I designed my chart for march!!!!!!!!!!!!......I have no time for the april and later members

I will keep all the march members advised of the progress of the other months in this thread

I like to look at ulings and my charts from different angles

The angle I see and like the most is that there are many Texas transferrs listed as approved....

We can all see things from these charts that others don't see........

If anyone sees something strange or interesting.........

I'm contemplating sending this information to my contact at my senator's office in hopes that it could shed some light on how messed up this situation is. What do you guys think and would anyone else do the same, assuming you have a relationship with someone to send it to?

Kit.........I was thinking the same thing......but you not only need to send in the March CSC chart.....you will need additional supporting documents/charts as well......let me explain......

lets take your case. I would send in the March chart showing all the reds, blues and blacks.........then I would also show Ulings graduation chart showing all the April, May and June NOA2's that have already jumped us.............then I would print up the vj timeline chart for California Service Center Only with Mexico fiancees Only......this is what I noticed in your case.......It showed vj members with fiancees in Mexico for the past three years.......the average number of days from NOA1 to VISA IN HAND is 150 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's from start to finish!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now this would definitely show the congressman how behind things are. Today is day 124 for you.....Do you think that you will have your visa in hand in 26 days??????? The way things are going at the CSC.......I doubt it........

anyway.........just some more thoughts to chew on......you are right......if we all network our ideas and come up with a big bang of a letter to someone (today, I was thinking about the director of the CSC.....which I already have her name)........what do you think she would do if all of a sudden, she received hundreds.....I'm not exaggerating here, If we have 100 vj members in the March group at the CSC....and we ALL wrote her a letter 1 time per week, that is 100 letters per week to her from March alone........then If you add another 100 members from April and then 100 from May.........you get the point????????Someone on vj suggested a march at the CSC.......what do you think hundreds of letters a week will do????????????Not many of us can get to california to march.....but we can all send a letter every week.............We keep doing it more and more and more and more..........each letter would contain our case number and they all would be signed by hand........no copier machine copies........then they can be written by us, our moms, our dads, our sisters, our brothers, our aunts, our uncles, our grandfathers, our grandmothers, and on and on and on.........an example: Dear so and so.....my son has a petition at your center........Dear So and so......my grandson has a petition at your center, Dear so and so, my nephew has a petition at your center.......you getting the picture???? To send in 100 letters at .39 cents per letter is a whopping $ 39.00...........alot cheaper than flying to california to march don't you think??????? And don't you think our fiancee's are worth $39.00 to push a point????????

eventually, I think she would get the message.......I think she would want to get all the vj approvals out of the way so that she can have peace from all of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What do you think about this?????????

I am in favor of you sharing this info with your Senator, perhaps he can then get the CSC to shed some light on the dates being sort of backwards. May NOA1 dates getting the NOA2 before March NOA1 people.

I have a NO1 of May 9 and received my RFE 5 July. CSC acknowledged receipt of RFE on 17 July. Does anyone see any delays that relate to the country the fiancee is from? I am glad that my case is progressing but I see many visa applications much earlier than my own not getting processed. Are there any statistics that break down processing times by the service centers by country?

Any comparison to past timelines won't be valuable because IMBRA changed everything. I'm not really in favor of bombarding the CSC director with letters - I just don't feel like that will be effective - I'd rather work through an official channel like my senate liason because I think she actually has the ability to get this information in front of the right people. Really, there's no way to know but I think it's worth a shot so when I get home today I will send her an email with both charts and will point out the random RFE order, etc.

If anyone else has a senate or congress contact, now would be a good time to call and ask for their email address. The Senator email format appears to be firstname_lastname@senatorname.senate.gov - worth a try if you don't want to call for it. Maybe vivamexico can add how to email your congress liaison since he works for one.

I was just thinking out loud when I mentioned the bombardment suggestion to the director...........a man has alot of strange thoughts while he is sitting in solitary confinement and no one to play with for such a long time!!!!!!!

I am a firm believer in the squeaky wheel gets the grease........but, I will not notify my congressman just yet, I currently have something up my sleeve that I am working on, sort of an "ace" I am holding on to. So I do not want to muddy the water just yet..........I am not the type to just sit around. I patiently waited for my 120th day, then I acted. I should hear back from my source next week. Then I will know which is my next course of action.
