Now If all members who are currently at the CSC penitentiary (a.k.a. - Alcatraz) who are still listed in their original service centers can update their timelines......I can pull up the vj timelines for specifically CSC and get a more accurate picture. I bet you all did not know that our petitions were being processed at Alcatraz huh????? See, you learn alot from this website!!!!!!!!

Yes, I've studied Clint's escape many times and I've seen the great escape and stalag 13 about 100 times each............Yes, I'm planning to break out one of these days......is it obvious??????? Who wants to come?????

Also, KitKat thank you for the advice, my fiance has already contacted his senator and his congressman last week using the formats you posted for us and they are working on getting the update for us. They did talk to him already, but all they said was information we already knew: CSC received our application on June 15th and they will honor the initial receipt date. We are hoping they can get more information on the missing RFE for us.

I would love to join you in the Great Escape, infact I have done the swim before. It is not as hard as people make it out to be, it only took me about 26 minutes to get from Alcatraz over to Chrissy Field in San Fran. So please sign me up and let me know when I need to be ready!!

I did the swim in late May back in 1998 for the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon, I would not call myself a pro swimmer, infact I didn't even train for the swim portion of the race, only the bike and run. There is actually a very strong current that pushes you towrds San Fran, you just need to swim at an angle to make the beach.

Nevertheless, I read on another thread where there are quite a few poeple (maybe 6 or 7) that have received the NOA2 from CSC (post March 6th NOA), none of these folks however were transfered from NSC.

I am happy to see some approvals are getting handed out

even though they weren't ours

even though there are alot of people been waiting longer

that shows us that work is being done...........somewhere in California.....

Let's just hope that the CSC has a back up generator when the brown and black outs start happening in California again this year!!!!!!!
