Please go through the following documents which i have in my possesion for the interview on 4th Dec at New Delhi Embassy. If i need any other document please let me know

1. I 134 with suporting Documents from my Fiancee (Bank statement of 3 recent months, Employer Letter showing her annual income and the type of employement, tax returns of 2007 & 2008, insurance copies)

2. DS 230 part 2 unsigned

3. DS 156 Unsigned

4. DS 156K unsigned

5. Copies of 129F with all the documents submitted earlier

6. Appointment Letter

7. Medical Report with immunisation records

8. VFS reciept

9. Birth Ceritificates of Petitioner & Benificiary (originals)

10. Bankers Checque of INR 6,288

11. Police clearance certificate both from District Police lines and passport office

12. Passport (benificiary)

13. State Subject (benificiary)

14. Passport size photographs (2*2)

15. Letters from parents confirming our relation (as proof of relation between Petitioner & Benificiary)

16. Emails of over 6 months between petitioner and benificiary (proof of relation)

17. Yahoo IM chats of over one year (proof of relation)

18. Phone log of over 6 months showing we talk every day for 3-4 hours (proof of relation)

19. Photographs with details of last two meetings in Feb 2009 & Aug 2009. Also showing the post engagement dinner party with friends in Bangalore (proof of relation)

20. Timeline from Petitioner.

21. Letter of intent of marrying each other within 90 days of entry in USA ( My fiancee forgot to send me the letter of intent with the packet which she couriered to me but later she sent me the scanned letter of intent with a cover letter addressed to the embassy)

If i need anything else please tell me. your help is much needed. And do i need to sign the DS156,DS156K and DS 230 part 2 infront of the consular officer?

if he turned in the documents to be sent to the embassy already what i would do is fill out another one and take it with me so that it can be signed in front of them if they dont want to allow him to resign the one he sent.........no worries it will all be fine

I agree with Sara just take the DS156K and DS 230 Part II unsigned at the interview. The DS 156 can be signed by Mani.
