I think the NOA can take awhile because our check was cashed on 12/1 (NOA receipt showed 11/30), but we didn't get the NOA in the mail until 12/8. It took almost a week to get here?

We're still waiting on biometrics... :whistle:

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

We're still waiting on biometrics... :whistle:

NOA one is the quick part of the process! takes roughly a week at the VSC from receipt date of the package, biometrics appointment is roughly 1 months after the they get the package. However that is likely to longer for us because of the holidays.

Then the really long part of the process begins the wait between bio and approval, that could be 2 to 3 months or longer.

A good guide for this is the processing dates posted on the October and Novmeber filings threads.

I filed Sept. 8 and received NOA1 the 18th and received biometrics appointment for 10/23 on the 25th of Sept. I also did an early bio. It was fast then, but after bio, oh, no updates. Still waiting. CSC approvals are fast, VSC? Nevermind. lol :P

somebody please add me to the list because I always mess it up lol

I'm not sure if I should change my I-751 date also, I did send it on the 4th but they didn't get it till the 7th because the 4th was a Friday, so I guess technically it was on the 7th.

what do you guys think?

The instructions say the date when you sent the application, so the 4th is correct.

Hello all! I haven't been on this site for awhile. I was just taking a break from all this immigration craziness since my husband received his green card. Of course, now the time has come to remove conditions, and next year will be the naturalization process, so you'll be seeing a lot more of me! :) We are hoping to get our I-751 sent out around Christmas. I'll update with my info once we've got it all together. Hope everyone is having a great holiday season!!

I have been looking for that the whole day lol

it just says receipt date: 12/07/2009 (that's the day they received it though)

and receipt time 19:09
