Sept 2007 - Married

Nov 2007 - File for GC

Feb 2008 - Interview - approved

Mar 2008 - received 2 year conditional GC.

11/30/2009 - Applied for ROC

12/15/2009 - received NOA, NOA date 12/10/2009

1/15/2010 - FP appointment

I received a text message and an email with Card production ordered ---today. Thank God it is over with for this step, I am hoping everyone waiting for his Green Card to get this news. I am so glad and relieved at the same time....

I just received text mesg from USCIS that my ccase has been approveg. I am so happy and pray for the others who are in the same boat. I want to tell you guys I just send the one yes only one latest bill of each utilities, one bank statement recent so I say that there is no need of sending entire 2 years of any bill statement just recent one is fine.

On April 15, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Naturalization Applicants: you will receive your certificate at your oath ceremony. You can expect to be scheduled for an oath ceremony within 45 days of receiving your decision. Many offices schedule approved applicants for the oath ceremony on the same day as the day of the interview. Please check the local office profile page on our Web site to determine if this applies to your local office.

Hi Guys,

I just received text mesg from USCIS that my ccase has been approveg. I am so happy and pray for the others who are in the same boat. I want to tell you guys I just send the one yes only one latest bill of each utilities, one bank statement recent so I say that there is no need of sending entire 2 years of any bill statement just recent one is fine.

On April 15, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Naturalization Applicants: you will receive your certificate at your oath ceremony. You can expect to be scheduled for an oath ceremony within 45 days of receiving your decision. Many offices schedule approved applicants for the oath ceremony on the same day as the day of the interview. Please check the local office profile page on our Web site to determine if this applies to your local office.

Finally over!!! no more uscis until naturalization.

76% is approved at VSC. I am worried now.....

I've been following VSC approvals for ROC for months now, and I can tell you this... they do not work in a very recognizable patterns. They seem to approve people randomly from the month and they seem to jump back and forth between two months' filers...

So far, they are acting "normal" and there is nothing to worry about. Their official claim of wait time is 6 months... so in other words, they know they are slow. Just keep in mind that the list here in VJ is a small subset of the entire list of applicants that VSC receives, and that could be the reason of their randomness and irrational approval patterns.

If you are still married and you are still living with your USC spouse then there is nothing to worry about... only a matter of time to get approved!
