I (the immigrant) have a BS in Environmental Engineering. I just got accepted at Johns Hopkins University and will continue with a MS in Environmental Science there. After that... PhD maybe?! ;)

My husband is a combat medic in the Army. He is currently training to become a nurse. His long-term goal is to get accepted to the Army PA (Physician's assitant) program and switch from enlisted to officer.

  • 3 weeks later...

My spouse did not complete HS because his father died and he and his brothers had to go to work. He is working as a jeweler. I however will be completing my Ed.D next fall.

Does the CO view this as strange? I mean the difference is huge but it not important to me so is it to them?

Degrees can be relatives, experience and knowhow can matter awhole lot more.

Bachelor in Physics , wanted to go for a Master in Physics engineering but with all the outsourcing stuff that was going, didn't have the urge to go at it. After college did Research with Lasers, Fiber optics and Optics.

I hire one gentleman from MIT with a PHD in Physics, we gave the fellow over a year to show his stuff but he just couldn't handle the work. Some people are just good at teaching speaking, but not really hands on.

My wife has a Master in Computer sciences

Gone but not Forgotten!
