The lady there told me where I could go get my updated shots cheaper than their clinic offered. She also gave me the flu shot for free and wrote it often against a receipt of 'charity work' because it was towards the end of flu season and those flu shots would anyway be thrown out if not used up.

I think I paid $50 for the paperwork/vaccines to be transcribed.

We just needed vaccination records transcribed in response to an RFE. The doctor and his staff seemed very experienced with these types of documents, and we had no trouble getting only the vaccination portion (though he did want to check the language of the RFE to make sure that's all we needed). He's a pediatrician, but handles immigration stuff for adults as well. Cost was $75 (a little on the high side, but not too bad), and turnaround time for us was a day or two.

Turnaround Time: Found out we were missing chickenpox for my son (k2) and needed MMR titers on my wife (k1) since her immunization card read measles twice, instead of measles, mumps, and rub. Once we had everything, we were out the door in 30 minutes. I had all of our blood work and immunizations done with my local PCP, and it cost me nothing.

Comments: Not sure what all the rest of their fees would be, since I only used them for documentation purposes, but I know if we had to have a chickenpox vaccine it was going to be $150.

I was mssing the Tdap vaccine on my vaccination sheet (DS-3025) so I had this at Meridian. I paid $75 for the vaccine and $50 for the transcription onto the I-693. They take credit cards or cash. I paid with a credit card and they swipe separately for the $75 and $50 charges.

Hassle-free. The place is in the Mission area so there are lots of diners and taquerias to hang out at while waiting for my appointment. Right on the bus line too (#47 or #49).

This Civil Surgeon only charged us $25 to transceribe the vaccination records and fill out page 1 of the I-693 form. Highly reccommended for anyone in the area of New Orleans, La.

Me and my husband paid a visit today, the nurse and the doctor are very nice and helpful!! Had a great experience!! Strongly recommend. Before this, I have called over 20 CSs in the area, all of them charge about 200 USD to do the whole thing which includes medical exam(required is what they told me, but my medical exam report is good for another 10 months!!)

No appointment is needed, you can just walk in and get everything done within 15 minutes.
